At the center is the Bellhome Score, a 0–100 rating that reflects the real condition of your home across its seven major systems. It is recalculated as inspections happen and service is logged, so it always reflects where your home stands today, not the day you moved in.

A licensed inspector assesses your home, we build a structured model of it, and your score and maintenance history come to life. From there, a concierge helps you schedule inspections and service, while owners and tenants get exactly the view that is relevant to them.
