Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of BellHome’s website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BellHome provides home-condition tracking built around the Bellhome Score across seven major home systems, including scheduling and recording professional inspections, maintenance history, and related concierge support. Inspections are performed by licensed third-party inspectors. BellHome is an information and coordination service; it is not a warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee of any home system’s condition or future performance.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Roles (such as owner, tenant, inspector, and administrator) determine what you can access; you agree to use only the access granted to you.

3. Fees, billing, and cancellation

  • A one-time onboarding inspection fee is charged before your first inspection is scheduled. Payment plans, where offered, settle the same total fee.
  • After activation, a recurring membership is billed monthly until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and is not retroactive. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with the Service’s operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or another person’s rights.

5. Inspections and third parties

Inspection findings reflect the inspector’s professional assessment at a point in time and may not capture every condition. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. BellHome is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent inspectors or other third parties.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BellHome’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to BellHome in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
